Warranty & Complaints

Your purchase is covered by the statutory warranty, any additional guarantees offered by us do not affect this. Legal warranty means that a product is or should be what the consumer can reasonably expect. In addition, you may reasonably judge whether the product is satisfactory.

We as a seller are responsible for delivering a good product. If the product contains errors or we have made an error, we will provide a refund or replacement of the product. If the product has been used incorrectly, we may charge a fee.

We always ask you to contact our customer service before returning the product.

To invoke the warranty provision, you must prove that the product was purchased in our webshop. You can do this by submitting the relevant invoice or invoice number to us. In case of defects, we will first exchange or repair the products. If a product cannot be repaired or if the exchanged product also has defects, you can return the products against a refund of the full purchase price. It is also possible that you keep the products and receive a partial refund of the purchase price.

The warranty does not affect the legal rights of the consumer.

If you want to claim warranty, we recommend that you send an email to [email protected] stating the order number and the relevant article number.

Our warranty can only be invoked in case of normal use.
Excessive or unnatural damage and wear, or damage due to improper use are not covered.
In the case of textile products, the warranty ends when the product is not washed according to the washing instructions.
Damaged article

It can sometimes happen that during delivery an item is damaged by transport or that there was already damage to the product that was overlooked during packaging. You have 14 days after receiving the article to report this to us. You do this by sending an email to [email protected] stating the invoice number and the article number. In the attachment you then send a picture of the damage and the packaging box and packing material. We then determine whether the damage is compensated or the article is exchanged.

A damaged article can only be exchanged in case of normal use.

Complaints

We advise you to first make complaints known to us by sending an e-mail to [email protected] If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute to mediation. For more information about disputes, please refer to Article 16 of our terms and conditions.
