Returns & exchanges
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the product from your home to the store will be charged to you. These costs vary per product and depend on the weight and size, please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected] or use the digital return form. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your return if the product has already been received in good order.
Costs in case of withdrawal
If the consumer uses his right of withdrawal, the costs of return shipment will be for his account.
If an article/order/package arrives damaged or has more traces of use than is necessary to try the article, we will pass on the depreciation of the article to you.
Please handle the item/order/packaging with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning. (Use as much as possible the supplied packaging material, never put items loose / unprotected in a box return)
The customer is responsible for the loss/damage of the goods/order to Thils.nl.
If Thils.nl has decided to insure the shipment due to breakage or value, in case of a return shipment, the shipment must also be insured by the customer in the same way to prevent misunderstandings.
If there is damage or breakage to the item if it is not insured return the purchase price will not be refunded by us. Is the article by you insured transported. Then you can claim your damage with the shipping company itself using your shipping certificate.

Can I exchange my product?
It is possible to exchange an item if:
You have received a defective or damaged product
You have received the wrong article
The article is not complete
Can I exchange my item for another?
If the other item is more expensive than the original, you have to pay the difference. If the other item is cheaper we will of course refund you the difference.
